Summer Lawn Party at Schumacher Farm Park

Growing up, Marcella Schumacher Pendall and her family hosted groups of local and international students at their home for what they called "lawn parties." The Friends of Schumacher are excited to recreate that tradition this year. We will have free ice cream (while supplies last), guided prairie walks, and live music by the Waunastrummers ukelele band.  This event is free and family-friendly. There are some picnic tables in the farmyard, but you can also bring your own blanket or lawn chair.

Registration not required, but donations are always appreciated!
